The purpose of this study is to study the influence between the quality of 
casino service and customer satisfaction and customer behavior (revisitor,

and to provide practical points for establishing strategies for Chinese users of

conducted a technical statistical analysis to identify demographic 
characteristics or behavioral characteristics, factor analysis, reliability 
analysis and regression analysis to reveal the relationship between customers 
and the quality of casino services. Research has shown that casino service 
quality affects customer satisfaction and behavior by a positive (+), and 
customer satisfaction has a positive (+) effect on behavior . Through this 
study, we reaffirmed that the quality of service presented in the preceding 
study has a positive impact on customer satisfaction and behavior, which reminds 
us once again that in the casino industry, we need to improve customer 
satisfaction by improving service quality in order to improve our 
competitiveness in the face of intensifying competition, as has been studied in 
other tourism and other industries.
